Hello Santhosh,

Thanks for your reply.

When I modified the tag and run the attached script in SOAP UI, No error thrown and also result window is blank.

And also when I checked in the tables no transaction has been created.

Jayakumar

Hello Jayakumar,

Please fill the data by creating new request in SOAP UI.

Provided request does not recognized by SAOP UI. Just use it as reference to know which fields data should be passed in request.

Dear Santhosh,

As suggested in the SOAP UI I have created a new request and run the attached script.

Getting the above error

<Message>Input string was not in a correct format.</Message>

I could not able to figure out at which value I'm passing wrongly. In the SOAP UI query results it is not highlighting.

Please help me how to fix the issue.

Regards,

Jayakumar

Hello Jayakumar,

This error indicates invalid value provided for Numeric fields.

In your request, I found below field as empty, which expects a number.

<ns:Tax></ns:Tax>

Also, if you are not passing value to a optional field (which are marked <!--Optional:-->), you can remove those fields from request.

After removing of optional tags I can able to run the request.

In the run results the above message is appearing "<Message>Till session not found</Message>".

Can you please clarify why the above error message is occured.

Hello Jayakumar,

You need to create Till for the POS (Id - PH58) from Management Console, then make request using API.

Hello Santhosh,

After adding of required tags and values for Fulfillment plan ID I’m getting the below error

<Message>Commit failed. Object Type - TransactionOrder, Key - 200000000000000001</Message>

Please check and let me know why the transaction failed to save.
