Please can u help to resolve the issue , we are not able to closing and finalize the Till for one cashier scince last 4 days ,
We are removing ,clsoing and finalize the Till every day from POS and MC. We deleted that Till and re assigned also .
Still it is showing old Till on POS.
Please provied the steps, and screen shoot from the issue you are facing. What error you are getting.
The statment is not cleare, because if till is not closed you will not be able to run the finalization, and the EOD process will not complete.
Please find the attachment for your reference. I hilighted the Till which is not able to close/finalize from POS and MC since last 5 Days.
Please suggest us how to remove this old Till.
Yesterday I created new Master Till and Till for the same cashier for the making Transcation ,Because since last 4 days he is not able to working .
As already suggesed by Abdel, Please share the snap shot of the issue which you are getting while closing till on MC.
please find the attachment which shows the old Till (03.10.2017) on 08.10.2017 after performed close ,finalize and EOD for five days still it is assigning new Till for the casher 0463 (which is marked in screen).
Please share screen of Master Till, Till and POS Till Manage.
Also let us know the steps followed for EOD and cashier for managing till.
