Hi Paul, 

The transaction log file on the database is full and needs to be cleared out. Run a shrink in SQL on the log file to clear it out. Also check what size limit is set on the log file. I fthis limit is too low, this will keep happening.

Perhaps also check if you absolutely need full recovery model on the database. Full recovery is useful if you want to do transaction level restore, but this will mean a large database log file and subsequently you will need ample space on your hard drive to store all this information

I'm not sure, but i'm sure you will find something when doing a Google search.

If it is not an express edition you can automate it using the 'Maintainence Tasks'.

For Express Edition you can script it and automate it using Windows Scheduler.
