One of my stores is having issues with the stock transfer shipment, it is not allowing them to enter a request number in. I though maybe it was a user security option but this doesn't seem to be the case. Is this a system setting that I am missing.
Please provide version and all the steps along with screenshots to understand the scenario.
Hi, we worked it out here yesterday. The numbering had'nt been set up for that store and so it wasn't auto-filling, all okay now.
