Removing a Default Card Type
If you delete one of the 4 default card types (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover) you should also remove the corresponding image of the credit card type that appears on the checkout page. This avoids confusion.
To remove the image associated with a default credit card type, edit the /skins/skin_#/images/creditcard.jpg file.
