L3 Support Services
L3 support is a mix of support and development. Requests only need to be escalated to Level 3 support when L1 and L2 are not able to resolve functional issues. Primarily L3 will investigate at the code level to identify if an escalated issue is a product fault. All issues that qualify as legitimate L3 issues are covered under CitiXsys Software Assurance.
