Logging a Support Call
iVend Retail offers access to support services under an active Software Assurance agreement, renewed on an annual basis for perpetual software licensing or active with valid and current subscription licensing. iVend Retail's support system allows continuous monitoring of the processing status of all cases logged and registered by the Business Partner on behalf of the iVend Retail customer. This training webinar will describe in detail the steps required to log a support call on the iVend support portal.
